Welcome To The Raw Lush
RAW PLANT-BASED DETOX
the art of cleansing through raw food

DRY SKIN BRUSHING
The ancient practice of brushing dry skin with a natural-bristle brush in order to stimulate the lymphatic system, exfoliate skin and remove toxins. Always brush towards your heart.
EXERCISE
Exercise is an important part of any detox program. Moving the body creates conditions for the body to breathe, stretch, circulate and sweat. Gentle, low-intensity aerobic exercise is best.

EPSOM SALT BATH
Epsom salt contains magnesium sulfate, an important mineral compound that helps balance the body's biological processes and helps flush out toxins from the skin. Soaking in Epsom salt also soothes sore muscles, softens skin and restores lost minerals and magnesium.

SLEEP
Beauty sleep is more than just a saying. A good nights rest has many benefits. During sleep, the muscles of the face and body, as well as your nerves and brain all get rest. A team of scientists at URMC (University of Rochester Medical Center) discovered sleeping helps our brain get rid of bad chemicals and toxins that would otherwise cause illness. Sweet dreams!

YOGA
Yoga is an excellent choice for today's fast-paced, high-stress lifestyles. Yoga moves energy through the body and releases memories, perceptions and emotions. Yoga also aides in eliminating residues of cooked foods we have eaten over the years.

SAUNA
Using an infrared sauna during detox cleanses the body on a deeper level. One third of toxins are removed through the skin, our largest organ. Always drink plenty of water during detox to help eliminate what the body does not need.

ENEMAS OR COLONICS
Basti is the ancient yogic practices of enemas and colonics. Colon hydrotherapy is a very effective method for cleansing the inner intestinal lining and speeding up detoxification. It is important to invest in your health while you are healthy. Regular colonics and enemas will help you extend your life and increase your health.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Massage helps people on psychological, physical and physiological levels. Massage releases toxins from your body tissues and muscles, through your blood and through the lymphatic system. Remember to stay hydrated before and after body-work.
