Deliveries:  The Raw Lush does not deliver on the weekends. The exact delivery time will depend on your postcode and may not be the same every day. Deliveries are normally made between 7am and 9am every other day unless confirmed otherwise.  Please contact the Raw Lush to discuss special delivery arrangements (such as a safe place where your delivery can be left if you are out.

 

Quality:  Only the highest-quality food is provided to you with living plant-based ingredients and handcrafted with love.   The Raw Lush does not pasteurize or treat the food and juices with HPP-high pressure processing to extend shelf-life.  All meals are prepared fresh by The Raw Lush.  Processed foods are avoided,  so protein powders or anything factory-made will not be used.   Only the finest organic, vegan and wild-harvested foods are selected.

Allergies and intolerances: All food is free from meat, fish, dairy (of all types), wheat, processed sugar, gluten and potatoes. It does include nuts. If you have a specific food allergy or intolerance please contact The Raw Lush to discuss whether it can be catered to you before making a booking.  These programs are not suitable for people with a nut allergy.

Nutrition advice: Please note that the menu is not a prescribed diet. Everyone is different and your ideal nutritional intake will depend on your own physiology, lifestyle and dietary aims amongst other things.

Packaging:  The Raw Lush does what is best for you and the environment.  Using only eco-friendly packaging; includes delivery in the most sustainable way possible. (Please let The Raw Lush know if you would  rather use glass packaging.)
